Enquiries submitted through the website form are processed using ANON::form and delivered to my encrypted Proton Mail account. If you contact me directly by email, your information will also be processed only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging counselling services. While encrypted services and reasonable security measures are used, email communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Personal notes from sessions are stored securely in encrypted digital systems and handled with strict confidentiality, in line with professional and ethical guidelines. Access is limited and appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
5. Third-Party Services
This website is hosted by external service providers. These providers may process technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of the website's operation.
All providers are selected with attention to appropriate data protection standards.
